For the refund request, the customers will have to contact us for us to be able to process the refund,as we will need to pull up the account details and check the transaction history of the account.

Via the Chat service [ support.xbox.com/.../contact-us ] regarding the refund:

"This should reflect on your account in 24 to 72 hours the most."

I received notification from PayPal within two minutes of ending the chat session.

Strange - I purchased for AUS$6.65 and initially it did not work. However, I just went to 'Manage' again and the 3 eps totalling 6.5 GB were there. Downloading now.
