GOT HACKED (MUST READ)

I just got hacked on 5/19/12

They hacker bought $80 from my uncles account which I just borrowed just to use $10.

The hacker bought a 6000 microsoft points bundle. Which was $80.24!

The hacker bought GOLD PACK, PREMIUM GOLD PACK, and PREMIUM GOLD JUMBO.

I tried to click on the links on what the packs mean but i couldn't access it.

I have no idea what does packs are for.

I recently had more points than before

I had like 324 Microsoft points.

First call Support for your region and open an Unauthorised Access Case support.xbox.com/call-us.

If they find in your favour then you will be refunded.

Then head over to this link and read up an Account Security so you wont have this problem in the future support.xbox.com/.../account-security.aspx.

please contact microsoft someone will help u out with whatever your complaint is and like (colllecionador) stated change your windows live password ;)

To solve this issue call the Xbox Support number for your region. You will need to verify certain aspects of your account's information. Then if they approve of your request you may receive a refund. To be sure this does not happen again, secure your account. Make it so your password isn't easy, change the email and make it so your account requires a password to sign-in on every other console besides yours. This can all be done by going to your Account Settings on your Xbox Console.

Pretty good so far I called customer service and they said to wait 3 - 5 days (business days)

I hope I don't fking get yelled at during this time.

I'm happy now ever since I called Xbox Support they fixed it in a weekend!

Even though they said 3 - 5 business days they did it in a weekend.
