Gold

So i have a problem because on the Xbox-website stands that I have 3 months gold but on the console not. Can anyone help me please?

hey SavageTricky on the website on the top right hand side see if you can see your same gamer tag as it is on your console. if its different then you might have redeemed it on a different accnt.

also you can call phone support at 1800-4-MYXBOX to verify that the accnt does have gold. have your email handy because u will be asked to verify your accnt.

Can you perform a Network Connection Test please?

support.xbox.com/.../connectivity-solutions

Then see whether the profile is still Silver or it has changed to Gold.

Your Gamertag here is also showing Gold, which is a good sign. :-)
