Gears of War 3 Season Pass redeem code problem. Status code: 80190826

Due to the current 80153410 error, I've been experiencing for the past weeks. I began purchasing DLC from Gamestop about two weeks ago and was able to redeem the code perfectly. For some reason today, I purchased the Gear of War 3 Season Pass. When I put the code in, it was verified as the selected item. But when I click confirm purchase, it brings up this message "Can't retrieve information from Xbox Live. Please try again later. Status code: 80190826. What is the solution to this error code? 

Before you ask, yes I made sure billing information is identical in both Xbox.com and billing.microsoft.com. I appreciate any info to help me in this situation. =)

80190826 is a status code that could mean 1 of 2 things. Both of which will need you to contact 1-800-4my-Xbox. The more likely answer is you have a simple 'Lock" on your account. This will give you errors when trying to purchase anything on the marketplace.

2nd you will need to be sent to a specialist that will have to research the issue further. If the 2nd is the case you will be asked several questions by the rep, they will then advise you that they will have the specialist call you back in 3-5 days.

I wish I had an answer for you right now. Please give Xbox support a call and they will get you squared away. I hope this all gets worked out. Good luck!
