Due to the current 80153410 error, I've been experiencing for the past weeks. I began purchasing DLC from Gamestop about two weeks ago and was able to redeem the code perfectly. For some reason today, I purchased the Gear of War 3 Season Pass. When I put the code in, it was verified as the selected item. But when I click confirm purchase, it brings up this message "Can't retrieve information from Xbox Live. Please try again later. Status code: 80190826. What is the solution to this error code?
Before you ask, yes I made sure billing information is identical in both Xbox.com and billing.microsoft.com. I appreciate any info to help me in this situation. =)
