Gears judgment help required

Signed in yesterday and my rank, onyx medals and ribbons have been wiped. Didnt do anything or out the usual and ive put way to much time and money to have my account wiped for no reason. I need my stuff returning asap please. Any help is appreciated.

I know its not what you want to hear but read over link support.xbox.com/.../gears-of-war-judgment-rank , do you have a backup of your saved data that might have not got overwritten?  like a save on cloud or USB Flash or a save that has not yet been connected online?

Nope, never thought to. Kind of trusted xbox. If they as the company that owns the system and takes my money happily dont have my files backed up then what the hell am i supposed to do?
