I have bought Bad Company 2 from the games on demand store and I cant get connected to EA servers. I have been through all the support procedures and still cant connect. Who do I speak to about obtaining a refund for my £14.99 as my product is not fit for purpose. If have looked in the BC 2 support forum on here and many users have the same issue so its obviously not an isolated incident. I fully understand that the game will need to be deleted from my HD and the licence revoked. Can this be organised through this forum or is there an address I will need to send an email to?
