Games not loading after latest update

After last XBOX 1 Update, I have been unable to play Madden or RYSE.  Game screen loads and I am able to choose my save.  However, "after the save is identified"  game will begin "loading" or "resuming" for an endless amount of time. What options are there available, before reverting to factory default settings and losing all the saves.

Try the Clear Cache method if you have not already.

To do so:

Power cycle your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for 5 seconds. After the console has shut down, unplug the power cord and wait 30 seconds.

5.Plug the console back in and turn it on using the Xbox button. Power cycling will reset the network card and clear the cache.
