Game purchased on console is not in downloadable queue

Purchased a game on xbox 360 console and it does not appear in my downloadable queue to download and play. I paid for this and I would like to be able to play it. Thank you

If you purchased the game on your Xbox 360 console and you're not seeing it in the downloadable queue then please do the following:

Go to your Xbox 360 Dashboard > Settings > Account > Download History. If you've purchased it on the console using this gamertag then you should be able to initiate the re-download from there.

I did the same thing but it's not confirming I bought it.

And not only that it doesn't appear on my download queue but when I check online through the xbox website it says I purchased it but not on my console itself... It basically thinks i never bought when I know I did... What do I need to do?
