Full arcade games turned to trial and DLC become unavailable (Even online with gamertag that downloaded them)

Recently i noticed that all my DLC, all my arcade games and well just everything i have ever spent money on on my xbox has stopped working.

I've seen many talk about their games turning to trial games when not online because of a switch in consoles but i am damn sure my dlc worked after i switched consoles (Which was ages ago) and i am always connected to xbox live with the same gamertag that downloaded the DLC so that really should not be an issue.

The only response i have gotten to this problem is to use some license transfer thing but the thing is that i have NO idea what email my gamertag is registered to since i made it Ages ago.  Most likely its connected to my hotmail account that was hacked years ago and left to rot.

I don't know what to do, i really don't want to pay for everything again but i also really want to play street fighter =<

to use dlc after changing to a new console you must be connected to LIVE at all times with the purchasing gamertag or do a drm transfer at www.xbox.com/drm
