Today i received two emails informing me that i bought a 6000 microsoft point bundle and a 4000 microsoft point bundle. I bought neither of these. I'm just wondering what would be the best way to go about dealing with this? where do i open a ticket with microsoft for a possible refund? i still need to call the bank to make sure the money doesn't go through.
