I'm sorry to hear about the issues with Forza Horizon.
There's currently an issue that causes some users to receive a Disc Read Error for the Games on Demand version of Forza Horizon. We're actively working with Turn 10 studios to get this resolved.
Some users have found that performing a
license transfer to their main console causes the Disc Read Error to go away. If you'd like to give that a try, remember that license transfers can only be performed once every 4 months. However if you don't mind trying it, it's been a very successful work-around.
