Forza 4 - "Disk is Unreadable" - Tried 3 Copies

Hi all. I have an older version 360; white with an HDMI port. I recently snagged a copy of Forza 4 as I haven't played racing games in a while. Regardless, upon startup, the disk won't launch and says "Disk is unreadable". Now, CoD Black Ops, and Halo 4 both work perfectly. Thinking it was the disk, I did two things: 1) try my roommate's copy of the game that is verified to work on his newer slim console, and 2) try my disk in his console. His disk would not read in my unit either, and my disk DID load in his. Is this an issue with the older 360's or what? Would like some advice here.

Like "Metaphorically" suggested, the problem is most likely due to your disk lens. Either fill out a repair request or you can purchase an Xbox 360 S.
