Ive had the same problem as many ppl since yesterday where i cant buy MS points...ive made multiple posts and no one has been able to give me an answer..ive even talked to support and have not gotten an answer...i dont pay $8 a month to have sony like service...fix your system microsoft

Im getting a message that says cannot authorize the selected payment option...however it let me buy 800 just not the other 400...my bank is also perfectly fine...im in the U.S. and so is everything connected to my account...everything normally works till yesterday..im also not the only person to have this problem

no im using a visa debit card and i have nvr had any problems with the card..i even tried using another card and still had the same exact problem even though both accounts have more than enough money in them and work for anything else

has it expired lately and you got a new card ? but the number didn't change?

remove the card completely then readd it

my debit card number never changes but it expires lol

nope everythings up to date, like i said it even let me purchase 800, then stopped working

nope i made only 1 purchase of 800 and then i tried to buy 400 and wasnt able to...i already checked with my bank and its not locked or anything for fraud...ive pretty much done every single thing that has been suggested and nothing has worked so microsoft is clearly fault for this and i would at least like them to acknowledge their mistake and try to fix it

remove the card and readd it don't just update it

here is a question when you called did you get live or billing?

 

if live you might want to try billing incase there is issues about your account that live didn't know

*they are not the same department thats why you get transfered*
