FIFA12 : Connection EA servers

Bonjour,

Voilà, j'ai un problème lors de ma connexion aux serveurs EA quand j'utilise FIFA 12: pendant la connexion aux serveurs, il y a l'écran noir du chargement et un arrêt sur image se produit et je dois éteindre ma console, je ne peux pas jouer.
Quand j'utilise un autre compte avec ce même jeu la connexion se fait sans problèmes et je peux jouer librement...

Well, I have a problem during my connection to the servers EA when I use FIFA 12: during the connection to the servers, there is a black screen of the load and a freeze frame occurs and I have to switch off my console, I cannot play.
When I use another account with the same game the connection is made with no problem at all and I can play freely...

I deleted "UGC DATA 1" and my problem is finally solved, thank you all

The UGC (User Generated Content) file in FIFA 12 is for Creation Centre, it can be safely removed.  But you will lose any custom created teams you have created from the Creation Centre.  forum.ea.com/.../1167592.page

If I delete the file of UGC of my FIFA12 this is going to delete me data? If yes, what ?

The update for FIFA12 is not installed in the cache. It's installed with the FIFA12 saved data.  Just delete the update, and start FIFA12, it will re-update, and hopefully solve your problem.

Have you considered Cleaning out your Update Cache ?

-

Clearing the update cache will allow the console to refresh and download a new update(s) which may be faulty. If you need help clearing the cache follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the "My Xbox" channel on the dashboard menu (the console's 'main menu').
  • Scroll right, to the last page which is the "System Settings" page.
  • Select "Memory" from the list of options.
  • Highlight the hard drive and hit Y on your controller.
  • Select the option to clear the update cache and perform maintenance on the memory unit.
  • Restart your xbox 360 console.

Hopefully this should resolve the freezing issues.
