FF13-2 Language Selection

I've purchas and download Multi-Language Final Fantasy XIII-2 from xbox live marketplace but can't found any language select option in game settings. Is there anybody knows how to get an Asia language version from marketplace?

Looking into the details of this game, it only appears to be available in English, French, and Japanese. 

What language is it defaulting too for you? English?

Thanks for your reply. The default language of the game is English where my console is set to Traditional Chinese and my account regin is HongKong. I'm very sure that the detail says it's available in English, Japanese, Korean and Chinese. I wanna know if I can play the game in Chinese or it's only a little inaccuracy description?

I have already checked that DLC before. It looks like a bundle package for game character's clothes and weapons, maybe the same as the DLC for English.

I found its English version on:

marketplace.xbox.com/.../5daa11e9-5934-4a7f-af5f-eec818e8a4e6

Sorry about that, Ray! You are correct about that DLC. It looks like the Hong Kong region has two primary languages account-wise: English and Chinese. Do you know what language preference you have set for your account (not the console)?

Do you mean the two account regions named 'HongKong S.A.R. (English)' and 'HongKong S.A.R. (香港)'? When I tried to migrate my account to 'Hongkong S.A.R. (香港)', I got an error there. Should I change my account region to Taiwan if there is only Chinese version?

Hey there Ray!

Definitely don't change your region to Taiwan since that won't change the copy of the game that you've purchased.

It looks like the game reflects the language of your console and the region of your account. What language is your Xbox 360 console's dashboard in?

Also, when you go to account.live.com, what region does it tell you that your console is in?

Hi, Mr Cerb!

The dashboard language of my console is Chinese(tradtional - English) with HongKong region.

I found my account locale has been changed to China Mainland in account.live.com.I'm wandering if that is a problem, isn't it?

Hi Ray,

You know, that very well could be causing this issue. Are you able to change that to Hong Kong? 

While that may solve the issue for purchases going forward, it will not effect content already purchased, including FF13-2. 

Have you called Phone Support yet regarding this? If not, I would suggest doing so, as they will be best equipped to get this resolved.

Sorry for my busy week. I have contact local consumer service dep. today, but it seems that they have no better way to deal with this issue.

They suggest me to ask the game developer for help, or they could authorize my refund if it is a technical problem.

I'll try to contact with the developer, keep going.
