Hi Ourlife! Well, family Gold plans are set up to have one account in control of the others, so there are some features that only the primary will be able to access. You can check out the FAQ here: Xbox
LIVE Family Pack . But what specifically are you unable to do? Maybe there's a way we can access it still.
