Fallout 3 game with purchase of Fallout 4

I purchased the Fallout 4 digital package on 11/9/2015.  I have yet to receive my code or link for the download of Fallout 3.  I checked my messages on the home screen of my XBox One and nothing is there.  I even called support and they directed me to just post it here.  Quite frustrating to verify my account and purchase of the game and still be left without it.  Please help.

Thanks!  Yeah I did find this thread and posted another forum there.  It seems odd that I got Microsoft on the phone, had my account and purchase verified, and they still directed me here.  They lady even said I should definitely have the code.  Why I had to spend 30 minutes on the phone with two reps only to be sent to the forums page is beyond me.  Anyway, a lot of work to go through to get a $10 game, but apparently this is the only way to play Fallout 3 on Xbox One.  I have gone to the online store and cannot purchase through there.  I guess I am going through withdrawals because I have pretty much done everything there is to do on 4.  Anyway, thanks for the help!
