Failed License Transfer

I went through the steps to transfer my licenses. When i went to do it it said that it failed because of a problem connecting to Xbox live. When i came back to try again it said that I had already done it on this day and that i had to wait months! I checked my content and none of the licenses were transferred. Do i have to wait? It didn't even transfer any Licenses?!

Call support and let them know what happened. In certain circumstances they can do a manual transfer for you.
