Fail to authorize credit card

I was going to get red dead redemption but when i pressed the "Confirm purchase" icon it said failed is this an issue with the xbox live marketplace? because i updated all of my credit card info and it still said it failed. anyone else who has this same problem?

ya same here. i completely updated credit cards and it wont let me purchase black ops from games on demand. and the lines are down until 6am (pacific time). normally 6am-10pm

Do you guys have problems purchasing the same content, or different items? Have you tried adding a new payment method and purchasing with that? If multiple payment methods don't work, you may need to contact phone support in your region (support.xbox.com/.../contact-us.aspx) and discuss a possible account/billing issue.

Some codes have bugs on them and mod the game controls and then if not just get it again
