FABLE 3 purchase/download issues

I am trying to download Fable 3 for my new Windows 8 pc, and I keep getting the message "Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again."  Any idea why this is happening?

I have a windows 8 pc but I don't have too much knowledge about downloading items but what I can tell you is go to the store and look for your item (Fable 3) then download it again and the game could be corrupted I would look for the game and delete it then download againg

I am still having the issue.  Everytime I try to purchase FABLE 3 from the xbox live website, it still says "Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again"  I am in Denver, CO, USA. Using Comcast as an ISP

It kept saying that to me when I was using my credit card as the payment option.  When I said I would pay using Microsoft points, it accepted the purchase.

Thank you.  I did double check any downloads.  However, the problem is more so with purchasing.  It gives me the message BEFORE it even downloads.  I hit confirm for the purchase, and it gives me the message.
