Fable 3 glitch

I recently got to aurora in Fable 3 after close to 25 hours of game play. i am on the explore aurora quest and i did just that. i went down to the dock went on the ship and then when getting off the ship i fell of the gangplank, vaulted back up onto the land/dock and am now frozen half into the rock. i'm frozen in place in the vaulting pose. i can not do anything except save and quit, which i already tried, which is also the only thing i shouldn't have done apparently as i have been reading through various forums. Is there any fix for this? Please help or at least respond for that i can just give up trying. thanks!
