To un link profile go to Twitch.Tv

Sign in with the profile you want disconnected.

Once signed in, look at the Top Right Corner of you screen. You will see your Twitch handle that you want disconnect.

Select it with your mouse and a drop down menu will appear.

Select Settings, now you will see 6 settings tabs at the top of screen.

Select Connections, you will now see a list devices connected to your twitch select your xbox one connection and choose Disconnect.

Now here is where you now need to delete Twitch App off your console. And when prompted select "Off console and Everywhere"

Now Clear your X1 Systems Cache by Holding the Power Button for 5 seconds and it will then turn off.

Reboot Console from here then Proceed to Re Install Twitch App.  Once twitch App is fully downloaded open it and you will be prompted to Sign in again. This time sign in with the Newest Account you created on Twitch. "The one you now want to be"

The Activation Key will then Pop Up on your TV screen.

Once you have the Activation Key, on your computer or smartphone go to Twitch.Tv/Activate

Input Key and select Activate and you should be good to go.

Let me know how it goes for you.
