Every time I play a game, I get disconnected from Xbox LIVE.

Hello, I was searching around the entire website, and I could not find any help. Here's the basis of my issue:

Whenever I play a video game, or a Xbox LIVE Arcade game on my Xbox 360 Slim console, I get disconnected from Xbox LIVE. When I try to reconnect, a message pops up stating that Xbox LIVE is not available, even though after I leave the game, I am able to reconnect to Xbox LIVE. So what is going on? This actually started when I bought a 1-Month Xbox LIVE Gold Membership twice to give me 2 months of Xbox LIVE.

And another thing that I would like to point out is that my Gamer picture doesn't show up on my profile, and whenever I try to change it, I am not able to do so. I highlight a Gamer picture, and when I press the A button, it doesn't do anything to my gamer picture. Does this connect to what is going on with my connection problem? Please help. Thank you very much.

Almost sounds like your profile is corrupted.

Go to settings > storage and check. If it is corrupt then delete it (profile only) then use the recovery tool.

If this is not the case then there may be a hard drive or connection issue.

Did this solve your problem?

Sorry this didn't help.
