Every piece of music I download has an error code

On every piece of music on my HTC 8X running Win8... As a Music subscriber, I expect to have the program work correctly...

I even tried other things not in my library, Frank Sinatra, How To Destroy Angels, Hank Williams, Black Veil Brides, Alt J - You name it!... EVERYTHING...

"We are unable to confirm the media usage rights for this content"

What the hell? If anyone tells me to restart the phone to reset something I'm gonna chew my own leg off...

I'd like actual answers please... Even though Spotify barely works the way it should, it sorta does... I can't say the same for XBox Music...

Please help!

If you just rolled over from a trial subscription, and then started getting that error I believe the only suggestion support can give is a reset. I've talked with them a few times, and apparently this has been an issue with music pass trial rollovers for years.

If you're using the Windows Phone app/app for Desktop to transfer your music, you might want to verify your MSA is the same as your Music Pass. If you can stream on the phone, that's not a concern.
