Error when trying to buy a 1 month Gold Membership

Okay, whenever I try to but a 1 Month Gold Membership I get the following message:

Xbox LIVE Marketplace

Can't retrieve information from Xbox LIVE.

Please try again later.

Status code: 80190864

I tried to buy one yesterday and I got the same error, can someone please help?

You could try logging in to billing.microsoft.com (it's the same as the other link) to check the details.  If that fails, you will need to contact support for more help.

I tried the first solution : Check your billing address but when I go to live.xbox.com/.../billingaccountinformation I get a page saying

We don't recognize the computer you're using

To continue, check your email and enter the code we just sent you.

The problem here is that I switched email addresses 2 days ago, and here it is sending the code to my previous email which is now non-existent. :/  Is there any way to get the code on my new email account?
