Hi have the above error message after downloading and paying for a music video, so Now what? Can't play the video , be the way it was the 2nd time I had to buy and purchase the same video different "edit" I feel like I've been conned and the only place to get some answers is this forum, I'd like someone to get some answers from as I have another download problem. Is this the only way to have answers to issues sorted????

Here is a link to an article on Xbox Support about the error code(s) when streaming/downloading video content from Xbox Live:

The details for the error code you're getting are:

69 C00D36CB A corrupted Advanced Audio Codec (AAC) audio stream exists in an MP4 file. This content can’t be played.

Have you tried deleting the affected video from your Xbox hard drive or memory unit and re-downloaded it?
