When I enter the prepaid code, I get the following message:
Try the code again
We couldn't find the code you entered. Check the code and then try entering it again.
I have entered the code correctly (along with every possible misinterpretation of letters/numbers). I've been able to find one reference to this thus far and it was apparently caused by incorrect billing information. I did go in and update our credit
card information (that it shouldn't depend on for a prepaid code), but I still get this message. Haven't found any other threads on this, but I am new to the support forum. Apparently the support forum and twitter are the only help outlets on billing.
Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for the suggestion. That site is definitely where I've been trying to activate at. I'll chase down a new card at the store on Monday and hopefully that's the problem. You're the first I've seen suggest that the # might not be activated. Thanks
