Error messages when trying to update my billing options
Can someone from Microsoft or xbox please help me? I haven't been able to access my xbox live account. It says that my billing information needs to be updated. And that my membership has been suspended. But, when I try to update my payment information,
it displays a message stating that the service is unavailable and displays an error code. Then, I try to update my account using my mobile device and I receive a message that says something like "you found a glitch. That shouldn't have happened." again, with
an error code. I can't seem to update anything. I just want to use my xbox live... I have a pre-paid card. I can input my new debit card.... Please help.
