Error during transaction.

I purchased Deadliest Warrior : Legends 5 minutes ago but there was an error in the transaction, It charged me but i didn't the game didn't start downloading and when i go back it says i need to pay for it again.

I dont have enough points to buy it again and i'd like to play it again.

Please resolve this issue as soon as you can.

I do believe "points back or the game soon" is an issue you're going to have to take up with the support guys at 1-800-4-MY-XBOX if it doesn't sort itself out when things get fixed.
