error code FC:80070570 downloadable content has changed

I had downloaded all black ops 2 DLC with pass. Played new zombie map twice with Apocalypse DLC and came back next day and received the error. I cannot play any map other than Green run. All others are gone. Ive deleted all content on hard drive. Reinstalled and redownloaded profile and nothing different. I can save other games but COD. I had game saved on to hard drive and even deleted and re installed as well. And still nothing?????  Whats this about

If you get this message and error code, it means there’s a problem with the Xbox Live service or with the content you’re trying to download or both. Maintenance may need to be performed on the content, and you may need to download the content again.

Solutions

To resolve this problem, try the following solutions.

Solution 1: Cancel all pending and partial downloads, and then download the content again

To cancel pending and partial downloads and download the content again, follow these steps:

  1. Cancel all downloads:
a. Press the Guide button on your controller.
b. Go to Games & Apps.
c. Select Active Downloads.
d. Select Cancel All.
  1. Cancel partial downloads:    
    1. On your console, go to Settings and select System.
    2. Select Storage and select your storage device.
    3. Select the content type that you are trying to download.
    4. Find the item that you are trying to download.
    5. If the item is listed, select the item and then select Delete.
  2. Download the content again:    
    1. On your console, sign in to Xbox Live.
    2. Go to Settings and select Account.
    3. Select Download History.
    4. Browse your download history. Select the item, and then follow the instructions to download the item again.

If you still experience the problem, try the next solution.

Solution 2: Download free content from Xbox Live as a test

Try to download some free content, such as a demo, from Xbox Live.

If the free download works, it could be that Xbox Live had a temporary problem. Try your original purchase again.

If you keep getting the error message, it could mean the Xbox Live has a longer-term problem. Either wait and try your purchase again later or try the next solution.

Solution 3: Download the item to a USB flash drive

Try to download the item you’re purchasing to a USB flash drive rather than to your hard drive. For more information, see USB flash drive support for Xbox 360 and Xbox 360 storage.

If this solution works, there might be a problem with your hard drive. See Troubleshoot Xbox 360 hard drives.

If you keep getting this error message, try the next solution.

Solution 4: Contact Xbox Support

I have this problem. I bought expansion for COD Black ops 2 and now i can not play any of my game purchases and COD says this error code FC80070570.

I have no active downloads, tried to clear casche, delete and download my profile but nothing helps.

Now i am missing other game purchases even though i can see them on my purchase list and on the harddisk. It is like games stopped using updates and expansions.

Does this mean my account is blocked or something?
