Error code C101A007

While trying to buy or rent a movie this code pops out?? Any Ideas?

I was suggested this after 3 days of chatting with support.

Brenda: Error C101A007: Xbox or Zune error. First, check to see if the customer has a Zune subscription. If yes, then remove accessories (chat pad, headset, Kinect, etc). Delete gamertag. (Profile AND items, they will lose game saves, upload to cloud) Delete Rights Database and marketplace Data. Clear system cache twice. Recover Gamertag (CONFIRMED)

^^^ The above did not work for me. Doesn't appear I can edit posts either. I'll post the resolution and the reason for the problem when I hear back.

I posted this in another thread, but here is what I have done so far.

I HAVE THIS CODE AS WELL, I HAVE CALLED TWICE WITH NO RESULT. I HAVE CLEARED MY XBOX CACHE, DELETED MY ACCOUNT AND RE-DOWNLOADED IT. CHANGED MY PASSWORD. IT MUST BE ON MICROSOFT'S END BECAUSE I CANT  PURCHASE NEW MOVIES ON MY ZUNE, AT XBOX.COM OR ON MY 360.

Same thing has been happening with me and they say the error code C101A007 is for when you try to make a purchase with a credit card. But im trying to use microsoft points. Please help
