Error Code 807B01F4 in marketplace

I`m still getting "no content available " and then  error code 807B01F4 when trying to download a game demo or view new games.  The Xbox support site says the marketplace is up and running.  I have been getting this since yesterday.  I downloaded the update today but still get the same problem.   Whats up?  Anyone else still getting this???   Thanks

Try deleting your profile (profile only, not items!), clear the system cache, restart the console, and recover your profile. Try checking out the Marketplace again. Thanks.

What type of console are you using? Are you using a HDD on your console? Can you try turning off your console, removing your HDD, replace it with a different one (HDD or USB), and restart. Do you have to update your console again? Does this allow you to see the Marketplace and download correctly?

Using an Xbox 360 Slim with a HDD.  I have already removed the HDD and tried it with a USB and restarted the console. I have not had to update the console again.  That didn`t work either.

I did that already, cleared both marketplace and system cache, and did the restarts ( one of the first things I tried  when I went through the online troubleshooting steps) and it didn`t work.  I still have the same problem.
