ERROR CODE 803c0009

Rented a movie and as soon as I tried to play it I got an error code saying:

The license for this video has expired. To play it, rent it again at the Xbox Video Store.

What should I do I never even watched the movie

I rented red dawn last night but it didn't work because of that code so I ended up renting it thru u-verse, how do I get a refund for another movie?
