Error code 80169D94

We have 2 days trying to purchase M.Points and we receive 80169D94 error code, this error doesnt apear in your support search.....is an XboxLive problem or mine??

There may be a problem with your credit card.  You should go to billing.microsoft.com and make sure that the card is still good and the information on the card matches your account information.  Right now, your purchasing ability has been locked because of the problem with your card.

If you can't find anything wrong at billing.microsoft.com, then give support a call in the morning and ask to speak with billing to fix the issue.

Based on the results I've found with a quick web search, that error code means your account's purchasing function has been blocked possibly due to invalid information. If all of your personal/billing information is correct, I would contact Xbox Support by calling 1 (800) 4MY-XBOX and talk to someone in billing.
