Error Code 80169d94

Good afternoon,

For the past few months, I have been relentless (and unsucessful) in trying to purchase Microsoft points for my Xbox. I've tried to purchase both via xbox.com and directly on the console. I keep getting the following error code: 80169d94. I've also tried a variety of different payment methods.

The primary payment method is authorized, as my husband just used it to purchase points on his account without any issues.

All the billing information is correct as well. I think something went wonky when I tried to purchase points in early August. The purchase went through, my bank account was debited, however I never received the points--then a week later the amount paid was credited back to my bank account.

I have also walked through the provided sticky on the forums. Any ideas?
