I really don't understand why it won't let me buy Microsoft points. I know for a fact that the card works and all the information is entered correctly. Can someone please shed some light on this issue. I really am at my wits end!!!!!!!!!!
That code usually means your account has been locked from making purchases. Go to
https://billing.microsoft.com and update your information. Then call support and talk to billing to unlock your account.
