I tried to pucharse 1000 microsoft points and the messange appears , what i have to do ?

This is a Marketplace Error.  Delete any corrupted or partially downloaded content, Marketplace Data and Rights database. Clear cache twice. Test Xbox Live connection, if fails Reset Network Factory settings on console. Reboot and run connection test again. If connected, recover gamertag. After gamertag downloads, attempt purchase again. (in Account Management on the console).

I have the same error. I first purchased 500 points, which went fine, then got the error when I wanted another 1000 points a few minutes later. I have cleared cache twice, connection is fine, credit card is good, and I am not able to purchase points from website either. I had a 20 minute talk with support yesterday but they couldn't help me and calling the US from India becomes pricier than buying the points themselves, like this. If anyone has a solution, please help!

Wait 24hrs from the purchase of the 500 points and try again.

i have the same problem but I bought a code card from target and it wont go through. ive waited 2 days, nothing...
