Error Code: 80150017

I just bought the fable trilogy bundle and now when i go to download it, the game says this file isnt available in my region when my friend who lives down the street managed to get it.. i spent $30 and now i cant even play the games

It's definitely available in your area. The only thing I know to suggest is to double check http://commerce.microsoft.com to make sure your billing information is correct. The only time I've seen that error code is if there is a region issue.

i was able to buy the app, which is what i open to download the games, i paid for the app but the games are free, so i dont see why i could get the app but not the games :(((

Hey there, Aztxx SA! Smwutches is on the right ball here, and that error code only shows up when you are in a region different than what your account is set to. You can normally check what region your billing account is set to by following the commerce link that she shared above; it should say AU underneath Billing Overview.

If it doesn't, I suggest looking into changing your Xbox Live region. If you run into any errors there, definitely contact us via phone or chat. If this is indeed the issue you're seeing, then once your region changes you should be able to download the games from within the app without the error anymore. :)
