Error Code 8007045d

I purchesed some tv shows of the zune market place the firs few worked great but the next two stoped and said cannot continue playback with the error code 8007045d I'v tried deleting them and redownloading but it stopped at the same time I've also tried to fast forward past the part and even skip the scene altogether but it just stops in the same place. It's extremely frustrating since there's no refunds and i CAN'T WATCH MY GOD**** SHOWS. If anyone knows how to fix this or even a number i can call please help.

Well that's no good! Can you let me know exactly what episodes of what show you are having an issue with? Are you only experiencing this with certain shows, or do you get this error a lot? Thanks!

I am also experiencing a similar problem.  I can't seem to download any game add-ons since the most recent update to the system.  I am getting this code.  It behaves as if there's not an active internet connection, however I'm signed on to live and most other things seem to work. :/

I am as well having this issue with a bunch of the shows that i have been following i do not know what is going on...i have been getting this on almost every show that i have gotten from Zune

Error Code: 8007045D is a corrupt profile or marketplace error.  Try these steps: remove all accessories (chatpad, headset, Kinect, etct.). Delete any corrupted or partially downloaded content on your storage devices, Delete the Marketplace Data and Rights database from your System Items (also in Storage). Clear cache twice (support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache). Test Xbox Live connection, if fails Reset Network Factory settings on console. Reboot and run connection test again. If connected, recover gamertag (support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete). After gamertag downloads, issue should be resolved.

ok will this also deleat all the movies that i have gotten and the TV shows?

No, this won't delete any files you've downloaded, and even if it did, they can always be redownloaded :)

I spent hours trying to figure this out when it  happened to me. All I did was download my profile onto my console and I could play online and access my movies.

uhm why does he have to delete the system cache "twice"?

Im very curious if maybe this would help with other issues as well if i would know if theres a difference between deleting only once and twice?

So if there is a good reason for it, it would be very kind of you to share this information.
