Error Code 0x101a053

Hi , 

When trying to play a video I purchased from microsft, the video app comes up with a message saying make sure to sign in with an account that matches the region setting of your device. I have checked that both my computers and microsoft account are both in the same region. So could someone please help me with this issue.

Sorry to hear about the region trouble with your video content. Are you physically located in the region you have your account set to? Cross-region accounts aren't supported and having the region of your account and PC won't change the region that you're currently located in. Let us know :)

Yeah i'm in Australia and both my PC and Account when i checked it in settings are both set to Australia, so i'm not sure what the problem is or how to fix it? :/
