Getting this error when I try and load Xbox Video and it is only my account it is doing it too?? Why is it doing it to mine and not the other account? How do I fix it?

Will that remove all my movies and stuff I already have bought? I don't want to lose anything or my saved information.
Hi Vixen! To answer your question, no. Clearing your cache just delete temp files, as well as some updates, which will all be redownloaded. All of your saved and purchased info will be safe. : )
