Error 801613fb. Can't redeem my membership.

Hello,

Yesterday i have bought a 12+1 month membership card. When i went on my Xbox to redeem it, i couldn't and gave me an error code. I looked up the error and it said that my redeem code wasn't activated. I went to the store today inform them, and they told me that can't 'activate' it since they have no control over the redeem codes. I couldn't get a refund either since i have scratched off the grey to reveal the code. What do i do now?

Hi!

I suggest you contact Xbox chat support so they can replace the code for you. Just have the proof of purchase and the 25 character code ready.
