Error: 0xc00d11d1

Hi,

I am using a brand new Samsung ATIV Pro (i5, Win8 Pro).  When I try to play a video using the XBOX video app (videos that I bought or rented on the store), I get Error: 0xc00d11d1 telling me that my video or sound card drivers might have an error.  any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hi doogiemaster,

Want to clarify. Does this error occur with any video through Xbox Video? Or is it only occurring with a specific piece of content? If you've tried more than one piece and it occurs across all of them, let us know...also let us know what content, if only one piece.

Thanks!

Hi doogiemaster,

If you download the Zune app and play these videos from there, do you still see the same error? Let us know. Thanks!

I have the same problem with all my purchased video content.  They all play perfectly well within Zune software.

I also have videos I purchased on the Xbox which do not show on Xbox video, but display and play perfectly well within Zune... progress??

After updating to 8.1, in Xbox Music I got the message: Error: 0xc00d11d1 (0x8007007e).

Disabling the "Enhancements" in my Conexant SmartAudio HD device fixed the problem. Here's the link to the tutorial:
