Error 0x82d40003

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties being experienced with launching those two games. I'd be happy to try and help.

Those two error codes are related to usage rights and ownership of the games. Are both those game digital and are you playing them on the account that bought them? Do you gameshare with any of your friends?

I would recommend to try a complete power cycle. Hold down the power button on your Xbox for 10 seconds until it shuts off, then unplug your power cable from the back of the Xbox and from the wall socket for about 5 mins. Turn it back on after that time, and then try to launch your games again.

Give that a try and let us know how it goes!

Yes, the games are both digital, I use the account that bought them and I nerver shared my gamertag.

I tried a power cycle but didn't work.

Sorry to hear that you're having this problem.

If you haven't already, I would suggest going ahead and try removing your profile then redownload it back to your console following the steps outlined in How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One.

If that does not work, then I would suggest trying the steps on our support page entitled “My Xbox One game won’t start or freezes during gameplay”, applying it to both games.

Give those steps a try and let us know how it helped.

Thanks for reaching out to us! We appreciate your efforts to resolve this issue with us. So, Overwatch and Minecraft will not launch due to error code 0x82d40003? When looking up Error 0x82D40003 occurs when you launch a game on Xbox One, I saw it said "If you have a game disc, insert it now. Otherwise, make sure you're signed in to Xbox Live. If you don't have rights for playing it, you'll need to buy it at Microsoft Store."

Was the disc for these games inserted or was this purchased as digital content? If this was purchased digitally then make sure the correct account is signed in. If this is on a disc then make sure the disc is clean and has no scratches.

By the way, is this for the Xbox One Platform or PC?

error 0x82d40003 appear when I launch Overwatch or Minecraft. those games runs normally few days ago, but today I'm unable to lauch them.

All other games works correctly. I tried to disinstall and reinstall Minecraft and the new error is 0x803f8001, it seems I didn't buy the game.

can you help me?

For your issue, Agente, it is most likely that there was a Xbox service outage, which affected not only purchasing new contents but also previously-purchased contents.

If that is the case, you could always check the service status here: https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status and choose to receive notifications when the service is back up and running. The basic troubleshooting steps including remove profile, power cycle, re-add profile should be done too. Normally, the service should be back in a few hours later.
