Error 0x8027025a

Often when I try to watch TV this comes up,

"Please try Again
For some reason TV took too long to start. (0x8027025a)"

I have done everything to fix this, and it works for a period of time, but I am wondering if there is a way I could permanently fix this?

We are currently looking for a resolution. It is known. For the moment, using the energy-saver setting on the Xbox is the work around. Powercycling does indeed fix this issue... for a period of time. I am aware this this is not ideal, and sort of frustrating. Sorry for this answer we are working on it. Otherwise, I hope you are enjoying the rest of the Xbox One. -Cheers

Solution 1: Try to start the app again

To resolve this issue, try to start the app again.

If the app doesn’t start, try the next solution.

Solution 2: Perform a hard restart of the Xbox One console

To resolve this issue, you will have to perform a hard restart of your Xbox One console. Here’s how:

1.Press and hold the Xbox button on the console for at least 10 seconds until the console shuts down.

2.Unplug the power supply from the console. Wait for 3 minutes, then plug the power supply back in to the console.

3.Press the Xbox button on the wireless controller to turn on both the controller and the console.
