End Gender Discrimination in Avatar items.

Girl Avatars should be able to access boy Avatar clothes. Boy Avatars should be able to download "girl" items and vice versa.  It sucks that girl Avatars can't wear chuckies or the xbox jersey, or most of the cool stuff.  All girls get are lame dresses, girly pumps, ugly outfits.  There's no reason why the various pieces can't be gender neutral or something.  I won't mind if my female Avatar's bumps disappear to wear a football jersey.  Plus, if a boy Avatar want to dress as Lara Croft,, that should be his right.

I never knew of the gender discrimination with avatar items, You make a valid point and should direct your concerns to one of the feedback forums forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx

Thanks for your feedback.

Doing what you suggest would require twice as many models to be made, which means costs increase for development and thusly the end user cost would increase by about 150-200%.

Politically correctness aside I agree with your point but Xbox LIVE is a "family environment" and sadly many countries that LIVE services do not believe as we believe.

Though as my fellow Ambassador had stated you're quite welcome to make a suggestion in the Xbox LIVE Feedback Forums.  Who knows, maybe Microsoft will take it to heart.

No it would not.  The female avatars don't have to have breasts. They can have the same body.  They don't need to separate male from female clothes. You people make up any excuse to defend Microsoft at all costs.  Do you own stock in the company?

No, this is the technical support forum.

Simply because you do not believe female avatars need breasts doesn't mean that most people feel that way.  Now you're talking about even more meshes to be constructed which is vastly compounding the technical side of the entire avatar system,  You'll need meshes for girls with breasts, girls without, boy with breasts, and boys without.

Like I said, I agree with you and think you have a valid feedback concern.  You should post it in the proper forum.  :-)

Just a heads up, to truly get the problem fixed with specific items, you need to find out who the developer of the item is, and contact them with your concerns.
