If I understand correctly, you purchased EA Access and then cancelled it straight away, but you've still been billed?
I'm pretty sure this is normal. You confirmed an EA Access subscription at the beginning. Cancelling it does not mean you get your money back, and doesn't mean that the previous agreed transaction won't be processed.
As I understand, you have simply purchased a subscription and ended it early, so it is normal for you to be billed for it.

Oh so you didn't cancel it yourself? Okay, in that case you will need to contact Xbox Support via live chat or phone, and talk to the billing department. They can hopefully tell you why it was cancelled, and offer you a refund.
