Downloading profile on xbox live

Getting a message saying my profile did not download completely? Download it again at xbox live.

How do I do that?

Hi Desiree,

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. To download profile from Xbox live, you download the same way. If on an Xbox, go to settings>account>remove account if your profile is there then remove. After power cycle the console, once back on, then go to add new and download profile again. When downloading it most likely became corrupt, or was interrupted.
