Downloading BF3 demo from Xbox website

Hey guys, I'm so lost in contacting help on this. I can't even understand where they hid the support email which was much easier to access last time. But I get this error message when I try to download anything to my console from the web browser:

That would be the reason then. If you can't find it on the console then it's not available in your region. If you're seeing it on the website then you're looking at the marketplace for a different region which is why it's giving you the error.

I can't see the demo from the console. My account is based in Singapore but I just checked now and it still hasn't appeared, so no luck trying directly from the console.
