Download Issues

So im trying to download the call of duty season pass but whenever i try to download it the thing says that i need to change some privacy and online setting so i set them to all allowed and the thing still wont download PLEASE HELP.

I have it set on custom and have everything set to allow although the web browser one keeps failing to stay on if that makes a difference

Hey there Griffon! Just to clarify, are you on a Child account or a Secondary account on a Family Plan, or both? Did the Parent/Primary account log in and adjust these privacy settings for you on their end? Let us know, thanks!

To clarify this i have it on a custom setting and everything is allowed except for the web browser that doenst stay allowed(i dot know why) and i am on a suspended account if that makes a difference.

Suspended?  Aah, OK.  You will not be able to make purchases or access downloads on a suspended account until that is resolved.

ok but i tried to change my payment so i could unsuspend it but when i tried it wouldn't let me change payment.

Have you checked all the info, payment acct + other, is current, at http://commerce.microsoft.com ?
 
If so, suggest you contact a Billing Agent. You can choose Option 1 after finding your country's support line: See http://tinyurl.com/XBLnumbers ...
 
but a faster way to speak to a Billing Agent is to go to http://xbox.com - sign in there if you can - then go to http://support.xbox.com/contact-us?xr=footnav#0:2:5
 
Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.
